with different serial numbers and enables to trace how and
where the 3% of the proceeds are used.
To register your gift card and see your purchase history,
follow the next simple steps.

2. Access to miir.com/give and register your GIFT CODE
3. Get the picture and GPS coordinate of the project which you
helped with your funding

Exchange and Return Guidance
- Returning due to simple personal reason must arrive at the head office within 28 days of receipt of the product, and shipping fees will be paid by the customer in case of exchange/return.
- When exchanging/returning a product due to a defect or incorrect delivery, it must arrive at the head office within 3 months of receipt of the product and the return fee will be on café PLENO.
If exchange or return is not possible
- When the product is damaged due to customer's responsibility.
- Where the value of the product has decreased significantly due to the use or partial consumption of the product.
- Where the value of resale has decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell over time.
- When you purchase a product that cannot be exchanged / returned.
- Products produced individually according to customer orders.
Cancellation and Refund Guidance
- Cancellation requests can be canceled directly from My Page.
- Cancellation of the payment amount can only be processed by the payment method.
- Please order a new payment method after canceling the payment method that cannot be partially cancelled.
- Cancelled amount cannot be substituted with other orders.
