How to Sign Up
- café PLENO Shopping Mall is a membership-based shop.
- There is no membership fee or annual fee. It's 100% free.
- Being our members provides special discount through our various events and benefits.
How to order
There is 5 steps to place orders.
  1. - STEP1 : Search product
  2. - STEP2 : Add to Cart
  3. - STEP3 : Member or Non-member Login
  4. - STEP4 : Choose payment method and make payment
  5. - STEP5 : Order completed (Order No.)
For non-member orders in step 5, please make sure to keep order no. and authorization no. (Credit Card payment)
Please be aware of that order no. and authorization no. will be saved automatically for Members.
How to make payment
- We accept the following forms of payment : Paypal
Shipping Information
- This page is exclusive for overseas shipping.
- Shipping company : DHL
- Shipping costs depends on the weight and volume of the product you purchased.
- Delivery preparation period should be 7–10 days on average.(excluding weekends and holidays)
- We contact you separately when it is sold out early or when we change the product details.
- If the name of the deposit or the amount of the deposit is different, please contact the customer service center.
- Customs and Duties
   In the case of the product arriving at customs charging extra cost, the shipping company will call you and inform you the fee.
   Customers are responsible for paying fee for customs entry, and this might incur shipment delay.
Exchange and Return Guidance
  • - Returning due to simple personal reason must arrive at the head office within 28 days of receipt of the product, and shipping fees will be paid by the customer in case of exchange/return.
  • - When exchanging/returning a product due to a defect or incorrect delivery, it must arrive at the head office within 3 months of receipt of the product and the return fee will be on café PLENO.

If exchange or return is not possible

  • - When the product is damaged due to customer's responsibility.
  • - Where the value of the product has decreased significantly due to the use or partial consumption of the product.
  • - Where the value of resale has decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell over time.
  • - When you purchase a product that cannot be exchanged / returned.
  • - Products produced individually according to customer orders.
Cancellation and Refund Guidance
- Cancellation requests can be canceled directly from My Page.
- Cancellation of the payment amount can only be processed by the payment method.
- Please order a new payment method after canceling the payment method that cannot be partially cancelled.
- Cancelled amount cannot be substituted with other orders.
