| Precautions for handling | 1. Do not put inside microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. Wash the outside with a soft sponge. 2. Do not give a strong impact and do not put near the fire. 3. Do not store it for a long time having contents inside since it might be contaminated by foreign substances. 4. Do not use for soft drink, dry ice, porridge, and anything with salt. - Returning due to simple personal reason must arrive at the head office within 28 days of receipt of the product, and shipping fees will be paid by the customer in case of exchange/return.
- When exchanging/returning a product due to a defect or incorrect delivery, it must arrive at the head office within 3 months of receipt of the product and the return fee will be on café PLENO.
If exchange or return is not possible
- When the product is damaged due to customer's responsibility.
- Where the value of the product has decreased significantly due to the use or partial consumption of the product.
- Where the value of resale has decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell over time.
- When you purchase a product that cannot be exchanged / returned.
- Products produced individually according to customer orders.
